A Nesting Place Lattice Birthday Card
For the card front: Cut 4 7/8"x6 3/8" A Nesting Place blue flourish cardstock and glue it centered on the front. Die cut the lattice once from brown cardstock and twice from white cardstock (or cut three from brown cardstock). Use Sticky Specks™ to stack and glue the lattice die-cuts together with the brown lattice on top. Glue it to the center front.
Cut 4 7/8"x1" A Nesting Place brown wood grain cardstock and mat the long edges on tan cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue it to the front, aligning the lower edge with the bottom of the lattice. Place black “celebrate” Dazzles™ on the left end of the strip.
Color the flower, leaf, nest, and bird chipboard pieces with the markers, using the photos as a reference and blending the colors together. Set aside the sitting bird and the nest for the inside. Glue the flowers and leaves at the lower right and the bird at the upper left as shown.
For the inside: Cut 4"x5 5/8" A Nesting Place wood grain cardstock with the flowers at the lower right. Mat it on pink cardstock with 1/8" borders, then glue it to the inside, near the bottom edge.
