Punch a full circle of your desired paper. Cut in fourths. Place a strip of Ultra tape along one straight edge and remove liner. Roll the paper into a cone, overlapping 1 or 2 of the scallops on the punched edge. Press the adhesive to the paper to secure.

String 12” of ribbon through holes on opposite sides of the cone. Tie a simple knot on each side. Embellish with extra ribbon or other decorations as desired. Fill with candy or other treats.
