Envelope for Christmas Tree Card

For the card front: Cut a 2 1/8" x 5¼" piece of the red striped border, including ½" of the red dots on the left edge. Mat the right long edge with green and glue it to the envelope front, aligning the left edges.

Cut out the blank label and glue it to the front as shown. Glue the 3½" x 2¾" frame around it. Cut out a star square and glue it in the upper left corner, overlapping the blank label.
