For the card front: Place the card with the fold on top. Color the Color Me™ floral post card topper with chalks. Use yellow for the oval and shade the edges with orange. Chalk the frame on the oval brown with red shading near the overlapped leaves and butterfly. Chalk the flowers pink with red and brown centers and the leaves light green with darker green shading. Cut out the extra flower from the labels card and chalk it as for the topper flowers.
Chalk the butterfly with two shades of purple in the upper area and blue in the lower areas. Chalk the stamp shades of blue with gray around the edges. Chalk the outer card frame with brown, then add red in the upper left and lower right corners.
Cut out the “first class” tag and chalk it yellow with orange edges, then chalk the lacy area pink and red. Mat on cardstock with 1/16" borders and punch a hole in the top. Knot one end of the ribbon and insert the long edge through the tag hole, bringing the knot to the front and notch the ends.
Foam tape the tag to the front at an angle as shown, then wrap and glue the ribbon end to the back left. Glue the topper to the card front. Foam tape the extra flower from step 1 at the lower left and place pearls as shown.
For the inside: Cut 4 5/8"x5" Penelope green/teal paper and glue centered on the inside. Cut 6½"x2½" Penelope pink paper and mat the long edges on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue across the center. Die cut a cardstock butterfly and glue angled near the left edge as shown.
Cut out the Color Me™ “Sending Birthday Greetings” label and butterfly. Chalk the label yellow with orange shading, then chalk the flower as for the front. Chalk the butterfly as for the butterfly on the front. Foam tape the label and butterfly to the inside and place pearls as shown.
