Blue Flowered Encouragement Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top and cover the front with Textured blue flowered paper. Stamp the ½" wide lace along the left edge. Cut a 2"x5" Textured blue text paper and mat the long edges on Heritage navy cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue to the card near the stamped border. Cut the ribbon die cut to 5" long and glue to the blue text paper near the left edge.
Bend up the edges on the oval’s die cut flowers. Squeeze dots of glue on the flowers without completely covering them. Sprinkle Flower Soft onto the glue, press in place, then shake off the excess. Let dry. Cut out Word Garden “confidence” and mat on navy cardstock with 1/32" borders. Cut a 1½" paper ribbon length and gently fold in half. Glue it under the right end of “confidence,” then glue to the oval at the upper right. Foam tape the oval to the card as shown. Punch out a flower cluster and bend up the flower edges. Add Flower Soft, let dry, and glue to extend over the lower left corner of “confidence.”
For the inside: Cut a 3"x5" Textured blue text paper and mat the right long edge on Heritage navy cardstock with a 1/16" wide border. Stamp the ½" wide lace border along the left edge. Cut a ¼"x5" navy cardstock strip and glue 1¾" from the left edge. Glue the paper to the inside, aligning the left edges. Cut out the Word Garden sentiment and mat on navy cardstock with 1/32" borders. Stamp the lace corner at the upper right, then glue to the inside as shown. Punch out three flower clusters and curve up the die cut edges. Glue Flower Soft to the flowers and let dry. Glue two along the left edge and one at the lower right.
