Leafy Banner Card
For the card front: Place the card with the fold on top and cover the front with gray cardstock. Cut 6¼"x4¾" North Country floral paper and 6¼"x2" North Country orange paper. Glue the orange paper along the lower edge of the floral paper, then glue green twill to cover the seam, gluing the ends on the back. Wrap leaf ribbon over the center of the twill and glue the ends on the back. Glue the panel centered on the front.
Punch out the pieces for the North Country banner papier tole. Stamp “live” on the round pennant on piece #3 and “laugh” on the blue pennant on piece #1 with Black ink. Stamp “love” on the triangle pennant on piece #2 with Black ink. Assemble the pieces with foam tape between the layers, then use clear tape to attach the banner to the twill, just under the leaf ribbon. Knot 4" of green twill, trim the ends, and glue to the left end of the banner.
For the inside: Cut 6½"x3" North Country striped paper and glue across the inside center. Cut 3¼"x3 7/8" North Country plaid paper and mat on orange cardstock with 1/6" borders. Wrap black crepe ribbon vertically 7/8" from the left edge and knot on the front, 1½" from the top. Notch the ends. Glue the paper to the inside, 7/8" from the left side.
Cut 3¼"x1½" gray cardstock. Stamp the flower/swirl on the left end and small swirl at the upper right with Candied Yam. Stamp “be Happy” near the right end with Black. Stamp the flower and swirl again with Candied Yam on North Country orange paper and cut out both flowers. Glue to the flowers stamped on the gray cardstock, then mat the sentiment on orange cardstock with 1/32" borders. Glue the sentiment and place rhinestones as shown.
