For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left and cover with silver paper. Cut 4 3/4"x6 1/4" Color Me storybook paper with the butterfly at the lower right and place on the craft sheet. Ink it blackberry, wipe off the excess ink with a paper towel, and let dry. Glue centered on the silver, leaving the right side unglued.
Cut 1 1/2"x6 1/2" Color Me™ flowers paper and ink it wisteria. Mat the long edges on silver paper with 1/16" borders. Glue ribbon over the center, gluing the ends to the back. Glue the strip to the card, 1/2" from the fold.
Cut out the striped Color Me™ tag and ink the striped area wisteria and the rest silver. Stamp “for someone special” in black, then mat on cardstock with 1/32" borders. Punch a hole in the end and thread a ribbon through it. Glue the tag to the front, then wrap the ribbon ends under the right edge of the storybook paper and glue. Secure the right edge of the paper to the card.
Assemble five Dazzles™ flowers on cardstock and cut around the edges. Use tape to secure the flowers to the ribbon as shown. Place a rhinestone in each flower center. Knot a 3" ribbon and glue over the tag hole.
For the inside: Cut 4 1/2"x4 1/2" Color Me™ storybook paper and ink it blackberry. Mat on silver paper with 1/16" borders, then glue to the inside near the lower edge. Cut out the 3 7/8" Color Me™ label and ink it wisteria. Mat on silver paper with 1/32" borders, then place “happy birthday” Dazzles™ on it. Glue to the inside as shown. Knot a 4" ribbon, trim the ends and glue to the label at the upper right. Assemble three smaller Dazzles™ flowers on cardstock as before and cut out. Add rhinestone centers and glue clustered over the knot.
