For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left. Cut Color Me™ flowers paper to fit the front, placing the wide border at the top. Place on scrap paper then place a strip of stencil tape over the dots just below the border. Use a sponge to ink the border silver. Ink the edges black. Place tape across the dots, ¼" from the bottom, then another strip ¼" above the first. Sponge the section between the tape silver. Wipe off the excess ink and remove the tape. Twist a 7" ribbon 2" from the left end and glue to the border, 1" from the left edge. Wrap the ribbon across the border and glue the ends to the back. Glue the paper to the card.
Cut cardstock to cover the front. Trace a C1 heart 7/8" from the bottom and cut out. Secure over the card front using temporary adhesive. Use a sponge to ink the heart pink. Use light strokes with black ink on a sponge, swiping from the cut edge toward the heart center. Wipe off the excess ink, then remove the cardstock and discard. Cut 5"x¼" blush glitter paper and glue just below the upper border. Cut two 5"x 1/8" blush strips and glue one on each side of the lower silver strip.
Trace a C2 heart with a C3 heart inside it on Color Me™ damask paper and cut out the open heart. Ink with silver, wipe off the excess, then ink the edges black. Foam tape to the pink heart. Tie a bow and glue as shown, then place a small sparklet in the center and a large sparklet over the twisted ribbon at the top.
For the inside: Cut a 5" length of the Color Me™ damask border and glue across the center. Cut one F2 heart each from Color Me™ damask and flowers papers. Ink the damask heart pink and the flowers heart silver, then wipe off the excess and ink the edges of both black. Glue as shown. Cut out the 3¼" Color Me™ label and stamp “best wishes” with black in the center. Use the pink pen to color the edge. Cut two 2" ribbons and place as loops extending from behind the label as shown. Foam tape the label to the hearts.
