Write or computer print greeting on the left side of the red topper with poppies. Use the stylus to push the die cut flowers through from the back of the topper, then shape the petals. Repeat for a small die cut flower piece.
Mat the topper on black textured paper, leaving a 1/8” border. Add a ribbon loop at the top, securing at the back with glue. Foam tape the red bow die cut to the top of the topper at the base of the ribbon.
Open the black flower soft and pour some into your small container. Use your fingers to break up any lumps in the flower soft, and fluff it. Apply small dots of Flower Soft Glue to the flower centers on the topper, then pour the black flower soft over the areas of glue. Tap off the excess flower soft and pour back into its original container. Repeat with glue and black Flower Soft for the small die cut flower piece. Let dry and foam tape to the left edge of the topper. Attach to a gift as a tag.
