Happiness and Joy Card

Cut 8 1/2”x8 3/8” pastel yellow cardstock. Fold in half making an 8 ½” tall, narrow card. Cut 4”x8 ¼” border Adorable Scorable. Glue a ribbon 1/4” from the left edge. Glue to the card front. Foam tape the large bracket frame die-cut to yellow cardstock and trim leaving 1/8” border. Foam tape the center image in place. Mat the topper sentiment on yellow and cut out leaving 1/16” border. Foam tape in the center and Zot ™ a 3” bow following the ribbon.
