Assemble the card according to the package instructions. Use the templates on the package insert (I recommend making 3 copies and cutting the shapes out separately on the copies) to cover the card panels with the following papers: left side- floral, outside label- beige music, spine- black tapestry, inside label- black stripe, and right side- blue tapestry. On the outside (front) label, stamp a swirl on the top and bottom and stamp "Spread your wings" near the top right, as shown. Stamp a bird on blue floral corner paper and cut out, leaving a 1/16" border. Mat on black stars paper with a 1/16" border. Foam tape the bird to the center of the label as shown.
Cut out "May all your birthday wishes come true" and mat on beige music paper with a 1/16 border. Glue to the center of the inside label. Stamp the small swirl repeatedly along the right edge of the card to create a border. Place the large blue flowers die-cut on the right side, going off the right edge a little. Trim off that right edge and foam tape the die-cut to the card as shown.
Use Zips™ to glue 2 1/2" of white glitter ribbon across the left panel, 1 5/8" from the bottom. Open the card and do the same to the right side, using 3 3/8" of ribbon. Close the card. Tie a bow with the same ribbon and glue to the right side as shown. foam tape a die-cut leaf below the bow as shown.
