Bee Happy Card
For the Front: Place the card with the fold on the top and set aside. To color in the bee card topper: Color lightly inside the honeycomb area with Buttercream using the dry gelato (it will blend a lot once you use the damp paper towel). Use Mango around the edges. Color in the bee with Lemon, using Mango around the edges. Leave the wings white. Color in the lower portion with Tangerine. Using a damp paper towel, carefully blend all the areas you colored. Use a clean portion of the towel for each colored area.
Place the card topper on a cutting mat. With a craft knife, carefully cut around the bee's wings and fold them up slightly. Glue the card topper to the card, avoiding gluing the wings. Place small pieces of foam under the wings to give them a dimensional effect.
Cut out the hexagon greeting and color with Lemon and Tangerine gelatos, using the damp paper towel to blend. Mat on white cardstock with a 1/8" border and foam tape to card 1 1/4" from the right and top. Tie a bow with orange and white metallic ribbons and Zot under the greeting as shown. Apply small adhesive pearls to the corners of the hexagon and to the bee's wings as shown.
For the inside: Cut a 3 1/2" x 4 1/4" piece of white cardstock. Cut a V shape out of the bottom. Color large streaks of Lemon, Mango, and Tangeerine Gelatos and blend with a damp paper towel. Mat on black cardstock with a 1/16" border and glue to card at the fold and 1/2" from the left. Cut out the "Thinking of You" label and color in with Lemon and Tangerine. Mat on white cardstock with a 1/16" border and glue to card 3/4" from the top and 2 1/4" from the left. Tie an orange metallic bow and Zot to the bottom left of the label.
