Friends Forever Card
For the Front: Place the card with the fold on the top. Cover with Mirage black paper. Cut twelve 1"x5" strips using the patterns shown (exact number of each is not important, just use a good variety). Cut each strip diagonally from corner to corner, creating narrow triangles. Glue the first triangle with the wide part going off the bottom right corner, narrow point toward the center of the card. Add onto that piece with different patterned triangles, butting each up against the other (or you can overlap some), creating "sun rays" of paper. Glue about 10 rays. Do the same for the top left corner. Once you're satisfied with the sun rays, turn the card over and trim.
Remove the teal/red label die-cut and mat it on black cardstock, leaving a 1/16" border. Stamp "We'll Be Friends Forever" in the center with and set aside. Punch out the first layer of the large pink/teal flourish piece of the foil Papier Tole and mat on black cardstock with a 1/16" border. Glue this piece to the label, slightly overlapping the left side and foam tape it centered. Foam tape the remaining foil Papier Tole layers on top of the image as per the instructions.
Mat a small and slightly larger butterfly Dazzles™ on black cardstock, leaving a 1/16" border. Glue to the right side of the label as shown. Add two more tiny butterflies as shown.
For the inside: Cut 6 more narrow triangles (the same as on the front) with a variety of patterns. Glue 3 to the top right corner and 3 to the bottom left as shown. Stamp "Because You Know Too Much!" onto Mirage yellow paper and trim. Glue it to the floral Paper Tole tag and mat on black cardstock with a 1/16" border. Glue to the center of the rays. Finish assembling the Papier Tole with foam tape and glue to the card. Mat two small and one medium butterfly on black cardstock with a 1/16” border and glue as shown.
