Instructions:
1. For the card front: Place the card with the fold at the top. Cut 6¼"x4¾" Blossom peony border cardstock. Rub on word splatters across the upper right corner as shown. Glue the cardstock centered on the card front.
2. Place white “happy birthday” Dazzles™ on the dark pink mesh note die-cut. Trim a braid border die-cut to 6¼", then glue the note and the braid on the floral cardstock as shown. Foam tape a butterfly to the note at the top and a heart button overlapping the note and braid at the lower left. Glue bow and leaf die-cuts as shown.
3. For the inside: Cut the white flower border cardstock in half to create two 6"x4" panels. Glue both to the inside as shown. Glue a 1¾" length of braid die-cut to the upper right corner of the cardstock and a butterfly die-cut near the left edge.
4. Cut 5½"x4" white cardstock and, along the 4" side, score it every 1". Fold all the scores in mountain folds, then place sticky tape on the two end panels. Flatten the cardstock on the center fold, then butt the taped panels against the card’s center fold. Close the card and press to secure the pop-up to the inside.
5. Cut 5½"x4" Blossom lace edge cardstock and glue it to the front of the pop-up. Glue a double-flower sprig die-cut to the panel angled to the upper right corner as shown. Glue a bow die-cut on the stems.
6. Cut 5½"x2" white cardstock and, along the 2" side, score it every ½". Crease all the scores in mountain folds, then place sticky tape on the end panels. Fold it in half on the center score line and butt the taped ends against the first pop-up. Close the card to secure the front pop-up to the card base and to the first pop-up.
7. Cut 5½"x2" Blossom pink linen cardstock and glue it to the front pop-up. Place white “may all your wishes come true” Dazzles™ on the remaining mesh note die-cut and glue it to the pop-up as shown. Cut and glue a 3½" braid die-cut across the pop-up, then glue a button die-cut and a butterfly die-cut as shown.
