HAPPY Birthday

Place your card with the fold on the left and cover with black patterned paper. Cut a 4 3/4"x6 1/4" pink dots/swirls paper and glue it centered on the card. Foam tape the large pink/gold foil frame with roses and butterfly centered on the card, 1/4" from the top. Cut a 4 3/4" length of pink/black/gold foil border and foam tape it even with the bottom of the pink paper. Foam tape “HAPPY Birthday” label centered between the frame and border. Foam tape a small rose circle on each side of the label. Place Gold Jewel Border Dazzles™ at the edges of the pink paper as shown. Use 1/8” wide black grosgrain ribbon to tie a bow. Zot™ the bow on the upper left corner of the frame.
