For the front: Place your card with the fold at the top. Cut out a piece of light blue mirror material to fit on your card, peel off the backing sheet, and apply to the card front. Take the largest label die and place it blades side down on the card, centered. Place a couple pieces of clear tape to secure the die to the card. Run through your die-cutting machine, using a metal adapter sheet if necessary. Remove the die.
Cut out a 6 1/4" x 4 3/4" piece of heat resistant acetate. Rinse under water and pat dry (don't rub) with paper towels to decrease static. Stamp the largest label in the center with Versamark and emboss with silver glitter embossing powder (found in the silver Encrusted Jewel kit). Position your acetate piece behind your window opening so the label lines up with the window (trim any edges off if needed). Place pieces of Zips™ along the outer edge of the front of your acetate piece and some around the label edge as well. Place the acetate on your work surface. Open up your card and carefully press it down with the window lined up with the stamped image.
Use Design Tool Kit #7 to make a bow from Iris suede paper. Cut the bow ends in half and place the ends under the bow overlapping and at an angle as shown (instead of sticking straight out sideways behind the bow). Glue this bow to the card with Zots™ in the lower left of the acetate window, as shown. Stamp and cut out 3 flowers using Blue Iris Chalk ink on white cardstock. Glue one flower at the top left, and foam tape the other two, one in the top left and one on the right side, as shown.
For the inside: Cover the inside with blue watercolor, trimming to fit. Place a large label die blade side down on Iris suede, and place a 4 1/4" label die inside of the large die. Secure with small pieces of tape, then run through your die-cutting machine, creating a blue suede label frame. Glue this centered on your card inside, lined up with the window. Die cut a small label and emboss "Birthday Wishes" in the center, as shown. Mat on Iris suede paper with a 1/16" border and foam tape to the center as shown.
