You're So Sweet Ice Cream Stand Card
For the front: Assemble your shutter card according to the package instructions. Cover the front of the card with vertical striped paper, trimming to fit. Cut 3 3/4" x 3/4" of brown dot and glue across the bottom. On the Tasty Sweets Dazzles&trade,; carefully trim around the words "You're so," keeping about 1/16" away from the edges of the words. Carefully and slowly peel off the word outline that you've created (so it doesn't stretch) and place it sticky side up. Place the patterned paper pink side down onto the sticky side of the Dazzles™. Turn over, and you should have the word outline set onto the pink paper. Take the tip of your craft knife, and pull up the innies from inside the word on the Dazzles™ sheet. Arrange them on the pink words outline to finish your words. Set aside. Carefully trim around the "sweet" triangle flag banner, keeping 1/16" outside the edge. Carefully peel up. Back each triangle with about 5/8" x 1" pieces of patterned paper, as shown on the card, trimming as needed. Place the letters of the word "sweet" in each triangle flag. Cut 2 3/4" x 1 1/2" of brown dot. Place the "sweet" banner on this piece with one end in the bottom left and the other end in the top right. Trace this curve onto the brown dot paper with a pencil. Remove the banner and cut a little outside this curve. Erase pencil lines. Glue this piece to the top left corner of the card. Foam tape the banner along the curve as shown. Foam tape "You're so" inside the brown dot area.
To back the ice cream stand with several colored papers, place the Dazzles™ sticky side up on the back of the chosen paper. Then, holding an edge so it doesn't move too much, carefully trace the shape you wish to back with paper. Cut out just outside traced line, then place your shape onto the sticky side of the Dazzles™. When you turn it over, your shape should be filled in with no empty areas. Fill in all of the areas as shown, except for the green dot area. Glue the entire ice cream stand to green dot paper and trim around, leaving a 1/16" border. Mat again on white cardstock with a 1/16" border. Foam tape to the card centered, 1/2" from the bottom.
For the inside: Cover the left vertical panel with green hearts paper by measuring the section, then cutting you paper to those measurements. Cover the middle top section with white dot and the middle bottom section with red pattern. Cover the middle square section with brown dot. Glue 3 1/2" x 3/4" of blue across the bottom of the brown. Back an ice cream sundae Dazzles™ with patterned papers as shown and mat on white cardstock. Foam tape to the lower left of the brown panel (making sure it's hidden when the card is closed). Glue two backed small candies to the right of the sundae, as shown. Cover the right vertical panel with pink circles. Cover the back panel with blue treat pattern. Glue 3 3/4" x 1" of green dot across the bottom. Back 3 watermelon pieces and an ice cream cone with the colors of paper shown. Mat on white cardstock and glue to the back panel as shown. Back a small candy in blue and glue to the left of the ice cream cone, as shown.
