Be Happy Heart Triple Easel Card
Large base: Use the template to cut the large base out of Pink Hearts Holographic paper. Score the fold lines. With the holographic side up, fold valley folds along both score lines. Fold the base closed with the fold on the top. Cover the top section (above the middle score line) with holographic paper, trimming to fit. Medium base: Cut the medium base out of black cardstock. Score the fold lines. Fold valley folds along both score lines. Small base: Cut the small base out of holographic paper. Score the fold lines. With the holographic side up, fold valley folds along both score lines. Fold the base closed with the fold on the top. Cover the top section (above the middle score line) with holographic paper, trimming to fit.
Large heart: Cut the large heart from black cardstock and set aside. Cut a medium heart from black suede paper and mat on pink hearts holographic paper with a 1/16" border. Wrap some narrow sheer fuchsia ribbon across the heart 1" from the bottom and secure the ends to the back of the heart with Zips or tape. Tie a small bow and Zot it to the right side of the sued heart on top of the ribbon. On the heat resistant acetate, stamp and emboss with silver embossing powder the following: 2 flowers with swirls, 1 "Hello friend," and 1 butterfly. Cut around all pieces with a 1/16" border. Place the large flower swirls at the top and bottom left of the large black cardstock heart, attaching with Zots only the parts that will be covered with the suede heart. Glue the suede heart centered onto the large heart. Use Zots to attach the butterfly to the upper left of the heart. Attach the greeting in the center of the heart with Zots or small pieces of Zips hidden behind the silver embossed areas.
Medium heart: Cut the medium heart from pink holographic and mat on black cardstock with a 1/16" border. Cut a small heart from black suede and glue to the center. Stamp and emboss the large floral focal and "Live, laugh, love" on heat resistant acetate and cut out. Attach to the medium heart as shown, using strategically placed Zots.
Small heart: Cut the small heart from black suede paper and mat on pink holographic paper with a 1/16" border. Stamp and emboss "Be happy" and a small flower with swirl on heat resistant acetate and cut out. Attach to the small heart as shown with Zots.
Assembly: Assemble all the pieces (except the stopper) of the Triple Heart Easel card according to the template instructions.
Stopper (heart): Stamp and emboss a floral swirl border on heat resistant acetate. Cut to 4 1/2" x 1" and place a long strip of Zips along the back of the top and bottom of the acetate strip. Adhere to the card, flush with the bottom edge. Cut out one of the holographic hearts from the holographic paper. Mat on black suede with a 1/16" border and foam tape to the card centered, 1/4" from the bottom edge.
Back of the card (Made By stamp): Turn the card over to the back and stamp "Made for you by:" in the lower center. Sign your card before sending it to your recipient.
