Place the card so the fold is at the left. Mat a 4 5/8"x6 1/4" blue lace paper rectangle on dark blue glimmer, leaving a 1/8" border. Glue centered to the card front. Glue a 3 1/4"x5 1/4" dark blue glimmer rectangle centered on the card front.
Attach the wedding dress, purse, and double heart Dazzles™ to white vellum and cut loosely around the outside edges. Turn the wedding dress over and place on top of the cushy side of the mouse pad. Use the large ball of the stylus to carefully emboss the open areas of the dress. Use a circular motion with medium pressure. Try to emboss all the areas evenly for an even white color to the vellum. Now trim evenly around the outside edges of the dress Dazzle™. Repeat for the purse and double heart Dazzles™.
Attach the dress to the dark blue glimmer with 3-D Zots, centering it at the top of the dark blue glimmer rectangle (place the Zots beneath the gold areas of the dress as much as possible). Add the purse to the right side to the dress, and small heart Dazzles™ to the left side.
Cut a 5"x1 1/4" vellum rectangle. Turn it over and place on the mouse pad. Place the ruler near the edge of one long side of the vellum rectangle, then use the stylus to emboss the edge. Repeat for the other long side. Turn it over again, and place it over the card front, below the dress, but do not glue to the card yet. Attach the "I do" Dazzles™ to the center of the vellum, then add the shoes so the front part of each show is on the vellum, with one shoe extending over the edge. Attach the embossed double hearts to the left side as shown. Turn the vellum piece over and place on the mouse pad. Use the stylus to gently emboss inside "do" and inside the front of each shoe sticker, as they are attached to the vellum. Turn the vellum over and attach narrow border stickers to the sides, trimming edges evenly with the vellum. Glue the vellum strip across the card front, 1/8" above the bottom of the dark blue glimmer rectangle.
Inside the card: Write or computer print a message on white vellum, then trim to a 5"x1 1/4" rectangle. Emboss the long side edges as on the front. Mat on dark blue glimmer, leaving a 1/8" border at the top and bottom, trimming the sides evenly with the vellum. Add narrow border Dazzles™ to the right and left side edges, trimming evenly. Glue centered to a 5"x2 3/4" blue lace rectangle, then glue centered to the inside of the card.
Attach the wedding rings Dazzle™ to white vellum and emboss. Trim evenly around the outside edges, then glue to the vellum rectangle, to the left of the words.
