Mat 4 1/2”x6” gold Printed Parchment on Gold Holographic with 1/8” borders. Glue to card front leaving a 1/8” white border. Cut the card front with the large Oval cutting die.
Place the blue Border Dazzles™ around the oval aperture. Die cut ferns and leaves from parchment and Gold. Glue around oval as shown. Glue the Cobalt Blooms over the ferns as shown.
