Trim 3/4" off each side of the front of the card. Cover front of the card with blue flower paper. Glue a blue paper ribbon across the front.

Add great big brad to the center of large pink flower and foam tape to the paper ribbon. Cut out a button circle and ink the edges. Glue to the great big brad.

Ink the edges of the label and add mini brads. Foam tape to the card front. Foam tape "Play" to the center of the label.

Glue ribbon words to the card front, as shown.

Inside the card: Cover inside of the card with striped paper.

Add a mini brad to the tag. Foam tape "Recipe for good times" and buttons and ribbon words, as shown.
