Thinking of You Card
Use the surface of the inkpad to apply black ink to the top left corner of the Music Notes Paper, covering an area of about 7” square. Cut out the square and use the Scallop Edger punch along the bottom edge of the paper.
Place the card fold on the left. Cover the bottom 1 1/2” of the card with black tile paper and glue a 1 1/2” wide white/black tile (torn from border paper) 1” above the black paper. Trim the papers even with the card edges.
Glue the Music Notes paper to the card from with the scalloped edge 1 1/2” from the bottom of the card. Trim the paper even with the card edges.
Embossed Tag: Emboss the tag black. Heat small areas of the white embossing on the tag and sprinkle with black powder. Heat with gun making sure not to overheat. Move to another area and repeat.
Use the cosmetic sponge to apply black ink lightly to the tag surface to give it a gray appearance. Stamp “Just for You” onto the tag. Wrap the card with red ribbon and tie a bow. Glue the tag under the bow.
Inside the card: Glue a 1 1/2”x6 1/2” wide strip of music paper with a scalloped bottom to the card inside back, along the left edge. Stamp “happy birthday!’ at the top right and glue a knotted length of red bow to the edge of the music paper.
