Designer’s Note: I just couldn’t resist combining the Strawberry and Pumpkin Box Card die set with the picket fence—they pair together perfectly! The box keeps the fence standing upright while bringing a touch of spring to the card.
Instructions:
1. For the card front: Die cut the fence twice from ivory cardstock and glue them together, aligning all the edges. Die cut the crossbar from light green cardstock and trim off the tabs. Glue the grass to the fence front, aligning the bottoms and left ends.
2. Die cut the strawberry box, the box rim, and the crossbars from brown cardstock. Follow the package directions to assemble the box and crossbars. Use sticky tape to attach the box to the fence, aligning the bottoms and the right edges.
3. Die cut strawberries from red cardstock, the tops from dark green cardstock, and the leaves from light and dark green cardstocks. Die cut the flowers from ivory cardstock. Use the bone folder to gently curve the strawberries, flowers, and leaves. Glue a top to each berry and place a jewel Dazzles™ in each flower center.
4. Glue the leaves, berries, and flowers to the box back, crossbars, and front as shown. Glue leaves, berries and a flower to the fence, extending from under the left edge of the box as shown. Die cut the label from brown cardstock, then place gold “thanks” Dazzles™ on it. Foam tape the label to the left end of the fence.
