For the card front: Cut 4½"x6" Pink & Red circles paper and mat on rose cardstock with 1/8" borders. Use the removable tape to attach the 3¼" circle die, centered ½" from the upper edge. Die cut the circle and remove the tape and die.
For a frame, place the 3¼" circle die inside the 3¾" scalloped circle die on rose cardstock and secure them with removable tape. Die cut the frame and glue it around the opening on the circles paper.
Cut 4"x4" acetate and glue it behind the window opening. Cut 4"x4" Pink & Red pink dotted paper and glue it to the blank card front, positioned ¼" from the upper edge. Attach foam tape to the back of the window panel, applying a solid line of tape around the window opening. Attach more foam tape to the rest of the panel back.
Place a tablespoon of sequins in the center of the pink dotted paper. Attach the front panel to the card front, centering it in place and capturing the sequins behind the window.
Die cut a chick twice from maroon cardstock. Cut the flower from one die-cut, discarding the rest of the die-cut. Back that flower and the flower on the second chick die-cut with Pink & Red pink floral paper, trimming along the flower edges.
Glue the chick to the acetate window at the center bottom. Glue the separate flower as shown, then glue small sequins to the flower centers. Use the pen to color the chick’s eyes.
Cut 4½"x1 1/8" Pink & Red butterfly paper and mat the long edges on white cardstock with 1/16" borders. Cut a 5" ribbon and wrap it across the strip near the lower edge, gluing the ends to the back. Glue the strip to the front panel, ½" from the lower edge.
Tie a shoestring bow with the remaining ribbon, trim the ends, and glue it to the first ribbon, 1¼" from the left edge. Glue a maroon sequin to the bow center.
For the inside: Cut 2"x6½" Pink & Red circles paper with the writing along the left edge. Glue it next to the card fold. Cut 4"x4" Pink & Red pink floral paper and 4"x1¾" red tapestry paper. Glue the tapestry paper to the floral paper, 3/8" from the bottom. Mat the floral paper on maroon cardstock with 1/8" borders, then glue it to the inside center.
