Meadow Blooms Mason Jar Pop-Up Card

Instructions:

1. For the card: Follow the Mason Jar Pop-Up Card package directions to die cut a front, back, and crossbar from Meadow Blooms blue script cardstock. Use a blending brush to ink all the edges with Prussian Blue. Follow the package directions and use sticky tape to assemble the mason jar card.

2. Use the markers to color all the chipboard pieces, then let them dry. Spray alcohol onto the craft mat, then press the chipboard pieces in the alcohol, lift, and press again. Set the pieces aside to dry; the ink will get mottled and speckled as the pieces dry.

3. On just the card front, wrap yellow jute around the jar top twice and knot it near the left edge. Glue the chipboard pieces to the front as shown. Make a 4-loop bow with yellow jute and tie the center with 3" of yellow jute. Glue the bow as shown.

4. Use acrylic glue to attach the remaining chipboard pieces to the inside back, crossbar, and inside front, extending up to 3" above the jar top. Add a personal message and signature to the card back before flattening it and inserting it into an envelope.
