Take the Time to Celebrate Card
Fold and assemble the blank Label Swing Die-Cut card according to package instructions. Glue 3/4"x6" strip of Hopscotch blue doodle paper to the inside "spine". Use the patterns included to cover the front left panel with Hopscotch red dot, the front label with Hopscotch green plaid, the inside label with Hopscotch yellow plaid, and the inside right panel with Hopscotch circles paper.
Glue a 1" wide piece of Hopscotch yellow plaid to the left of the label on the front, and to the right of the label on the inside, trimming to fit the width of the colored papers. Glue a 1/2" wide strip of orange grid in the center of the yellow plaid strip, trimming to fit. Stamp "Take the time to Celebrate" on white cardstock and trim to a small rectangle with a 1/16” border. Mat on blue doodle paper with a 3/8" border. Then mount on white cardstock to reinforce (no border). Place lengths of Black Jewel Border Dazzles™ along the edge of the greeting. Center the greeting below the label and glue to the left panel only. Glue a yellow gingham bow to the bottom left corner of the greeting.
Stamp the alarm clock in the center of the green front label. Stamp it again on orange grid, red dot, and light blue dot papers. Cut out the various parts of the image in the colors shown, and glue over the original stamped image to create a colorful clock. Trim and place pieces of black Jewel Border Dazzles™ around the edges of the card, along the yellow and orange strips, and along label edges as shown.
For the inside label: Stamp the clock in the center of the label. Then, without reinking the stamp, stamp a second, third, and fourth time moving a little to the right with each impression. Do this "ghosting" effect on left side as well, to give the effect of motion on the alarm clock. Stamp clock on green plaid and again on blue doodle. Piece together the clock (the same way you did on the front clock) to create a green and blue alarm clock.
