You're the Best

Place the largest Circle Scallop Die on the card front with the top of two scallops hanging over the fold to make a hinge. Run it through the die cutting machine a couple times to cut through both layers. Die cut 2 large scallops light pink Pretty Papers and 2 large circles out of Snow suede. Glue one pink scalloped to the card front. Glue the second pink scalloped inside the card trimimg off two scallops to fit. Glue #1 pink circle banner style Paper Tole to the card front. Foam tape #2 pink over the matching art then repeat with pink #3 and #4.  Zot™️ a 2" wide bow to the top. Place "You're the Best" and heart Dazzles™️ as shown. Glue a Pearl in the flower center.

Card inside: Glue Snow suede paper to the center. Glue the #1 bird Paper Tole in place and foam tape the following pieces over the matching art. Place "Life is Good" and other Dazzles™ stickers as shown. Zot™️ a 1" wide bow to the bird.

Note: you may need to add extra glue to the Dazzles™ for them to stay on the suede paper.
