Happy Birthday

Cut a card to 5" square. Cut 4 ½”x4 ½” pink Pretty Papers and glue to the front leaving a 1/4" white border. Tear 4”x4” square vellum and glue in the center at an angle as shown. Mat the square tile Paper Tole (blue #1) on silver Cardstock leaving a 1/8 " silver border. Mat again on  Silver Glitter Cardstock leaving a 1/8" Silver Glitter Border. Foam tape to the card. Build the two other layers of Paper Tole using foam tape on blue #2 and #3. Zot™ a 2" wide silver bow to bottom left as shown. Place white Tiny Words & Phrases “Happy Birthday” Dazzles™ stickers as shown. 

Card inside: Glue 1 1/2"x 5” strips of each paper and vellum as shown. Glue the small square extra artwork paper tole 1” from the fold and Zot™ a 1 ½” wide silver bow above it.
