Best Friend Necklace Card
Place the card fold at the side. Glue 4 3/4”x6 1/4” striped paper to the center. Glue 2 1/2”x6” black houndstooth paper down the card center. Window: Place the 3 1/2”x4 3/4” Bracket Label on the center of the card and trace. Use small scissors or a knife to cut out label and ink edges using sponge.
Use 1/2” wide ivory grosgrain ribbon to make a bow and Zotä a large dragonfly charm under the bow. Zotä the bow to the lower left corner of label cut away.
Inside: Cover the card inside back with ivory houndstooth paper. Trace the 2 1/4”x3” Vintage Sign onto black houndstooth and mat with white cardstock, leaving a 1/16” label. Glue to the center of the window. Place “Best Friend” Dazzles™ below sign. Pocket: Glue 5”x2” striped paper on 3 sides, leaving the top open, to the card top back.
Necklace: Follow the manufacturer instructions for preparing the 2” long charm. Glue the balloon U-Cut to the back of the charm using Crystal Lacquer. Let dry and lightly sand edges. Apply black StazOn® ink to the charm edges. Punch a hole through the paper and charm hole. Secure the jump ring with a small dragonfly charm hanging from jump ring. Thread chain and place longest portion of the chain into the back pocket. Hang the charm centered over Vintage Sign on card inside back and tape the chain and pocket to prevent slipping.
