Stained Glass Dragonfly Necklace
Following the manufacturer’s instructions in packaging, apply the charm to the dragonfly transparency using Crystal Lacquer.
Color the dragonfly’s wings on the top surface of the charm using Spectrum Noir PL4 and LV2. Color the body using LV3. Color the background with DG3 using the fine point to create lines.
Add a small metal flower charm to the large acrylic charm using a jump ring. Place a small purple Dazzle in the center of the flower charm.
Cut an 18” length of 3/4” green Penelope ribbon and thread the charm onto it. Knot the ribbon six times, leaving 2” between each knot.
