You Are My Favorite Card
Card front: Follow the package instructions to assemble your gate fold card. Rotate the card so that the label opening is at the bottom, then flip the card over to the back. Trace the card onto the back of the upper floral corner on Emma's Garden border paper. Cut out your traced shape (rectangle). Cut in half vertically. Glue the left half to the left side of the front of the gate fold card, and the right half to the right side, matching up the floral design across the gate opening. Open the card up flat, and turn it over. Use a craft knife to trim along the curved edge of the label shaped opening on both of the gate fold flaps. Fold the card back up and turn over to the front. Place narrow scalloped Copper Jewel Border Dazzles™ along all of the outer edges of the card, trimming to fit.
Card inside: (I recommend doing the inside before finishing the front). Cover the inside panel with Emma’s Garden ivory floral pattern paper. Glue a 3/4"x6" strip of Emma’s Garden green paper vertically centered on the card. Glue a 1/2"x6" strip of Emma’s Garden pink floral paper centered on the green strip. Punch out the curvy label die-cut. Stamp "You Are My Favorite" in the center with VersaMark™ ink and heat emboss with Chestnut embossing powder. Glue to the card inside, centered in the curved label opening of the gate fold flaps (check alignment by closing card). Place pieces of dotted Copper Jewel Border Dazzles™ along the middle of the pink floral strip, trimming as needed.
Card front (Liquid Pearls™): Use the Dark Chocolate, Flamingo (pink), Peacock (teal), and White Liquid Pearls™ to outline the floral image on the top of the card as shown. Be careful not to accidentally touch the wet Liquid Pearls™. Apply the Peacock Liquid Pearls™ along the label opening as shown. Let dry overnight. Zot™ a small pink dot bow to the upper right of the label opening as shown.
