Happy Birthday Center Step Card
Card front: Follow the instructions on the template to create a center step card base from gold holographic paper. Use the patterns on the template to cover the center front with Hopscotch green plaid paper, the bottom front with Hopscotch red dot paper, and the side risers with Hopscotch colorful circles paper. Place White Jewel Border Dazzles™ along all the edges of the center panel, trimming to fit on the green plaid paper. Place wavy borders around the left and right risers as shown. Use Zips™ to glue 6 1/4" of white velvet ribbon across the top of the bottom front piece, as shown.
Punch out the large floral square die-cut. Stamp "Happy Birthday" in the center and foam tape to the card on the right side of the center front, going off the right edge as shown. Glue 2 small flower die-cuts to the upper left as shown. Foam tape a ladybug die-cut to the bottom left corner as shown. Place small White Jewel Dazzles™ in the centers of the two small flowers. Place them also on the large die-cut, as rays going out around the greeting. Tie a bow from white velvet ribbon and glue to the lower right of the greeting with Zots™.
Card inside: Glue 6 1/4"x3 3/4" of Hopscotch light blue dot paper to the center of the inside panel. Glue 6 1/4"x1 1/2" of green plaid across the light blue piece, 1/2" from the bottom. Place white border Dazzles along the top and bottom of the green strip. Foam tape a floral die-cut at the top center, a butterfly in the bottom right corner, and the "Smile" word bubble just to the upper left of the butterfly, as shown.
