An Artist’s Garden Paper Tole Get Well Card
For the card front: Place the card with the fold on the left. Cut 4¾"x6¼" Artist’s Garden blue hydrangea border paper and glue it centered on the front. Cut 4¾"x1 3/8" Artist’s Garden blue speckles paper and wrap a 6" blue ribbon across it near the upper edge, gluing the ends to the back. Tie a 3" ribbon onto the first ribbon, 1" from the left edge, then glue the paper strip to the front, 1" from the bottom.
Remove three cat and window papers from the square Artist’s Garden book. Trim one to 3¾"x3 7/8" and mat it on cardstock with 1/8" borders. Mat it again on Artist’s Garden light blue paper with 1/16" borders, then glue it to the front, tucking the bottom edge under the ribbon.
Cut out the window, shutters, and cat from the second cat and window paper. Foam tape it to the first paper, matching the edges of the image. Cut out just the cat from the third paper and foam tape it onto the cat in the second paper.
Remove one of the bordered table and chairs papers from the square Artist’s Garden book. Cut the flower images from the upper right corner and upper center area. Trim both to fit in the upper corners of the card and foam tape them as shown.
Place white “hello” Dazzles™ on the blue strip at the lower right, then place silver “hello” Dazzles™ over it, slightly offset from the white word. Place a border Dazzles™ along the lower edge of the strip, trimming the excess. Place butterfly Dazzles™ as shown, then add a Diamond Sparkle to the center of each.
For the inside: Cut 5"x1¼" Artist’s Garden light blue paper and glue it across the inside, ¾" from the bottom. Remove the “may this card bring you a little smile…” paper from the Artist’s Garden square book and trim it to 4½"x4½". Glue it to the inside as shown.
Remove three cat and window papers from the square Artist’s Garden book. Trim one to 3¾"x3 7/8" and mat it on cardstock with 1/8" borders. Mat it again on Artist’s Garden light blue paper with 1/16" borders, then glue it to the front, tucking the bottom edge under the ribbon.
