Cut 12”x8.5” blue Pastel Cardstock. Score a vertical line 4” from each side edge. Make a mark 1” from the bottom on each bottom edge. Draw a line from the dot to the inner score line on each side. Cut along the lines.
Use Repositionable Glue to temporarily attach Ocean Suede Paper to the right flap. Trim to fit then remove and trim another 1/8” off the slanted edge. Glue to the flap. Repeat with Iridescent Paper on the left flap. Place Thin Line Dazzles™ along the open edges as shown.
Open the card and glue the Topper Panel inside. Place Thin Line Dazzles™ around the edges. Close the card and use Specialist Glue to attach the Sparkletz as you like and the Gemstones as shown.

Open the card and glue the Topper Panel inside. Place Thin Line Dazzles™ around the edges. Close the card and use Specialist Glue to attach the Sparkletz as you like and the Gemstones as shown.
