Using a die cutting machine cut out all the hoop dies out of the gold paper and set aside. Glue a doily a little off center to the right. Glue the vellum to the backs of all three hoops and trim to fit. Also glue a piece of white paper (I used the back side of one of the papers being used) behind the vellum on the smallest hoop. Angle the largest hoop slightly and glue to the center of the hoop. Add Dazzles™ greeting to the center of this hoop. Glue the smallest hoop to the left and below the large one and place a gold heart Dazzles™ in the center.
