Happy Birthday Card
With the fold at the left, cover the card front with red hearts paper (from the red/blue hearts bordered sheet). Glue a 4 ½” x 6” aqua/red/blue/brown striped rectangle centered on the red card front. Cut two ¾” wide blue cardstock strips and piece them overlapping each other on the left side of the card front, 1 ¼” from the left and 1 ½” from the top. Glue in place and trim ends evenly with the card.
Staple the cover of the Double stick dazzle sheet together with the backing. Pull up the cover sheet and remove a 2 1/8” star. Place the star on the cover sheet, then add red flock and rub it into the adhesive with your fingers. Pull off the star and attach to remaining red paper and trim around the edges. Repeat this process for the inside star with blue glitter, then attach to blue cardstock and trim around the edges. Foam tape the glittered star centered on the red flocked star. Flock a ½” star red and add to the center of the glittered star.
Glue a tag angled to the lower right portion of the card front. Repeat the flocking or glittering process for the remaining stars, adding foam tape and additional small stars as desired. Place star Dazzles™ on the card as shown. Zot™ a ribbon knot to the top of the tag.
Place “Happy Birthday!” Dazzles™ on the blue strip on the right side of card front as shown.
