Place the card fold at the top. Glue a 1 1/2” wide strip of tan/multi colored paper across the bottom edge. Tear a 3/4” wide strip of medium blue paper and ink the torn edge. Glue above the patterned paper and trim the papers even with the card edges. Cover the remaining portion of the card with diamond print paper.
Tear the top edge of a 2”x 6 1/2” strip of tan cardstock and ink the torn edge black. Stamp the clock border across the bottom, 1/2” from the edge. Stamp the greeting “Time to Celebrate!” above the border on the left side of the strip. Glue to the center of the diamond paper.
Stamp the large clock onto medium blue paper and stamp hands. Cut out and glue to extend off the right edge of the card front.
Inside the card: Computer journal the details of the party onto the blue cardstock. Tear the right edge and ink black. Glue a strip of tan/multi colored paper to the right side and glue the blue cardstock overlapping on the left. Stamp a pocket watch near the top left.
