Mat 6”x4 1/2” large dot teal Dotted Duos #2 paper on teal Matt-tastic Adorable Scorable leaving a 1/8” white border. Glue to the card leaving a white border. Open the card and place the 3 1/8” and 1 ¾” circle dies as shown securing them with Low Tack tape. Run through the die cutting machine.
Die cut two scallop frames from the Shimmer Cardstock. Glue outside the corresponding circles. Zot™ a 1 1/2” wide silver bow on the large circle. Add Inside/Outside Dazzles™ greeting and place Wishing Bubbles as shown.
