Instructions: Back a Dazzle sticker with 1 1/2" wide red crepe ribbon rather than paper for a shiny finish. Simply trim the edges evenly with the sticker. To back the tiny banner sticker with paper, cut 1 narrow strip from red textured paper and 1 from aqua textured paper. Use your scissors to cut each strip in angled pieces, alternating direction as you go. Add the pieces to the back of the sticker, trimming any excess as needed. Embellish matted photo with stickers and baker’s twine.
