Place the blue background paper with the border and banner at the top. Mat photos on patterned papers as shown and ink the edges black. Add border stickers to the edges of the matting as desired. Glue to the page, overlapping two of the photos as shown.
Write or computer print journaling on yellow dots paper and trim to a rectangle. Add a border sticker along the bottom edge, trimming evenly. Mat on red paper and ink the edges black. Glue to the lower left corner of the page as shown. Foam tape the “Happy Day” Papier Tole Die-Cuts embellishment together and glue near the center of the page, overlapping the lower left corner of the top photo.
Back the 3 flags stickers with papers as shown, trimming edges evenly. Add words, stars, and heart stickers to the center of the flags. Add the flags overlapping the right edge of the bottom photo. Add small stickers to the background paper near the flags and papier tole embellishment, and to decorate the banner and journaling block. Back the “JOY” flag sticker with orange paper and trim edges evenly. Add a star to the center and glue overlapping the left photo. Tie a green crepe ribbon bow and Zot between the photos and journaling block. Zot knotted ribbon to 3 flags stickers as shown.

Add beneath the top photo.
Punch out the pieces for the Papier Tole Die-Cut embellishment. Write or computer print names on the center of the #2 round green image, then foam tape the images together to create the embellishment. Glue to the right edge of the bottom photo.
Back stickers on papers as shown and trim edges evenly. Glue or foam tape to the page as shown. Add small stars, flowers, and hearts stickers to the background paper, journaling block, and banners as shown. Cut border sticker pieces to fit a few flags on the banner as desired. Tie a green crepe ribbon bow and Zot to the upper right corner of the journaling block.
