Follow the instructions on the back of the stencil package. First ink layer of is buttercup. Turn stencil 180 degrees to the right and color tiger orange. Make one more turn to the right at 90 degrees and use dauber to apply letterbox red along one edge of the stencil to get the red shading down the center of each orange strip.
Remove stencil and splash with water and let dry. Foam tape circle die-cut to center.
