Star Cupcake

Trace the Yummy Cupcake on the back of the small blue dot paper. Cut out and add pen work around the swirls. Fold according to the template instructions, to create the 3-D cupcake. Glue inside the holder.

Cut out a small blue star and ink the edges. Add pen work and foam tape to the top of the cupcake.
