Cut the card to a 5” square. Cut 4 1/4” square of pink Matt-tastic Adorable Scorable and also out of the dots Luxury Foiled Acetate. Mat the pink square on purple Matt-tastic Adorable Scorable with 1/8” borders. Lightly glue just the edges to the card front. Die cut a 3 ¾” wide circle using the 12 Circle & Scallop Dies. Lift off the Adorable Scorable and glue the dots acetate to the card covering the empty circle. Re-glue the Adorable Scorable leaving a 1/4” white border. Glue the large outer and inner frame from the tea cup Topper around the circle. Tip: Check the back on the inside to make sure it’s straight. Foam tape the smaller Toppers along the frame and Zot™ a 2” wide bow as shown.
