The More Candles…
Trace the 15 Lovely Labels 2 3/4”x5” Decorative Scallop label onto black cardstock. Use the guide on the template for punching a 1/4” hole at the top and placing Teal Jewel Dazzles™. Thread the hole with a 10” length of baker’s twine and knot the ends.
Stamp Birthday Cheer “The More Candles…” onto Silky Papers and color with BT4 Turquoise, LV1 Purple and CT2 Yellow Spectrum Noir Pens as shown. Cut paper to 1 3/4”x2 3/4” and ink the edges black. Mat with lavender Princess Cardstock, leaving 1/16” border. Foam tape on 2”x3 1/4” Silver Holographic Ripple paper and glue to the tag center.
