Vintage Lace Birthday Card
For the card front: Place the card with the fold at the top, then trim the lower edges to make the card 6½"x4¾". Cut 6¼"x4 3/8" Mint Pearl cardstock and mat it on Silver paper with 1/16" borders. Die cut a 6"x4" frame from white cardstock and glue it centered on the Mint panel.
Die cut a 4 7/8"x3 1/8" frame from Silver paper and a 4¾"x3" frame from white cardstock. Glue the white frame centered on the Silver frame, then glue both centered on the Mint panel. Wrap a 7" length of ¼" wide white metallic ribbon across the center, gluing the ends to the back. Glue the Mint panel centered on the card front.
Cut 3 7/8"x2" from Mint Pearl cardstock. Die cut a 3¾"x1 7/8" frame from white cardstock and glue it to the mint rectangle. Foam tape the matted frame to the center front. Place silver “happy birthday” and two candle Dazzles™ on the matted frame. Place jewel Dazzles™ as shown.
For the inside: Die cut a Chantilly Lace border from white cardstock, then cut it in half crosswise. Glue one end extending from each side edge of the card toward the inside center.
