Best Friend
Place the card fold at the top. Cut the “I Love You Big Time-Valentine!” border from the paper pack cut out page. Glue the “I Love You Big Time” portion centered across the card bottom. Cover the remainder of the card with red cardstock (from the paper pack). Ink the card edges.
Place he black border from the Medallion sheet across the top of the greeting border. Ink the edges of 5 1/4”x2 1/4” pink lattice paper and mat with black cardstock, leaving a 1/8” border.
Place a large black Medallion outer layer at the center of the rectangle and 2 small outer layers to the left and right. Mix pearl and gold inner layers, ending with a black layer. Foam tape the rectangle to the center of the card top.
Inside: Ink and mat the long edge of 6 1/2”x1 1/2” pink lattice paper with black cardstock, leaving a 1/16” border. Glue flush with the top of the card inside back. Ink the edges of the remaining “Valentine!” border with black cardstock, leaving a 1/16” border. Glue to overlap the border. Place small black/gold medallions on each side of the border.
