Hi

Punch all corners of a 5"x6 1/2" card with the rounded corner punch. Cut 6 1/4"x4 7/8" light blue Perfect Little Patterns solid cardstock, round all corners, and secure to front with the tape runner leaving a 1/8" white border. Round the corners of a 6 1/8"x4 3/4" piece of the brown crocodile paper. Secure with extra sticky tape leaving a 1/16" blue border. Cut 2"x2 1/2" light green cardstock and round the two left corners. Cut a 2 1/4"x2" piece of leaf patterned cardstock and round two left corners. Use blender brush to go over edges with Velvet Fawn ink pad. Secure the patterned cardstock with the tape runner over the light green cardstock leaving a 1/8" light green border. 

Cut two banners from the cutouts in the 6"x6" patterned cardstock and the "Happy Birthday" sentiment then cut small tails on the left ends as shown and secure as shown with the tape runner, foam tape the sentiment. Use extra sticky tape to place onto the brown crocodile paper 1/4" from the left and 1/2" from top. 

Trim the bicycle page from The Little Book to 4 1/4" square, round the corners, and ink the edges. Secure this with the tape runner to a 4 3/8" square piece of light blue cardstock with rounded corners. Foam tape 1/4" from the right and top and bottom. Place "Hi" Dazzles over the bike's basket. Make and Zot™️ a 1 1/2" pink bow over Dazzles™️ as shown. Foam tape "The Best is Yet to Be" cutout in the lower right corner of bicycle image. Place Diamond Sparkles and Dazzles™️ as shown.

Inside: Cut the dark green cardstock 6 1/2"x5”, round the corners, and secure to base with tape runner. Cut a 4" square of brown crocodile paper round all corners and secure 3/8" from top and left sides with extra sticky tape. Cut 4 1/2"x3” dark blue cardstock, round top left and bottom right corners and secure with extra sticky tape in the lower right corner. Cut the top left of the bicycle image to 4 3/8"x 2 7/8", round top left and bottom right corners and secure on the blue cardstock with the tape runner. Place "Thinking of you" Dazzles™️ as shown and create a heart spray along left side as shown. Make and Zot™️ a 1 1/2" white bow in the upper left as shown.
