Place the card fold on the side. Trace the Elegant Label edge 3/4” from the bottom of the 4 3/4” x 6 1/4” green lace paper. Cut out and glue to the card front, centered at the top. Cut the card around the Elegant Label edge, leaving a 1/16” border. Place a length of white Lacy Border Dazzles™ 1/2” from the top edge of the card.
Glue the doily to the center of the green lace. Follow the template instructions to fold, trace and cut a 3” Debra flower onto blue tile paper. Mat the flower onto lime green paper, lifting inner petals with foam tape and leaving a 1/16” border. Cut 4 Curvy Leaves from green gingham paper and glue with the Debra flower to the bottom right of the doily.
Cut Debra, Lindy and Molly Layer 4 flowers from pink dot paper, mat with white cardstock, leaving 1/16” border. Glue one to the center of the large flower and foam tape the other 2 at the top left side of doily. Use 1/8” wide aqua grosgrain ribbon to make a bow and Zot™ between large flower and small flowers. Glitter small flowers and round Double-Stick Dazzles™ blue and place on flower centers.
Inside: Glue 5”x2” pink dot paper across the bottom of the card inside back. Place border Dazzles™ across the top edge and another 1/8” from the bottom. Cut a Molly layer 4 from blue tile paper and mat with lime cardstock, leaving 1/16” border and glitter center. Place at top of border. Place Family & Friends Dazzles™ below border.
