For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top and trim to 4¾"x4¾". Cut a 4¾"x1½" Nona’s tan swirls paper, ink the edges, and glue along the fold. Trace and cut the S1 heart from Nona’s definitions border paper, placing the border along the top. Ink the edges and mat on Nona’s dark brown textured paper with a 1/8" border. Glue a 2½" ribbon across the right half of the heart, gluing the end on the back. Glue the heart to the front with the upper edges on the fold.
Trace and cut the designer label from Nona’s pink dots paper. Trim one end off, making it 3½" wide. Ink the edges and glue to the front as shown. Copy and size the greeting to 2 5/8" wide, two pink butterflies to 1 5/8" wide, and two tan butterflies to 1" wide. Print on white paper and cut out. Glue the greeting to the label as shown. Knot a 2½" ribbon and glue to the right label end. Glue a small butterfly on a large one and place a 1/8"x½" foam tape behind each wing. Glue over the knot as shown and place three pearls for the body. Cut around the heart and lower edge of the label to shape the card front.
For the inside: Cut Nona’s brown swirls paper to cover the inside. Trace and cut a C2 heart from Nona’s tan rose corner paper with the roses on the left. Ink the edges and glue to the brown paper as shown. Copy and size the sentiment to 2 3/8" wide. Print on white paper, cut out, and glue as shown. Knot a 6" ribbon and glue across the brown paper, positioned as shown, with the ends glued on the back. Glue the brown paper to the inside.
Glue the second set of butterflies together, add foam tape, and place at the lower left. Place three pearls for the body. Cut a 4"x¾" Nona’s definitions paper from the lacy section. Follow the instructions on the template for a heart chain, but with these changes: make the folds 1 1/8" apart and use the H2 heart pattern. Cut out and ink the edges. Glue a 3-heart section to the inside as shown, placing tiny foam tape pieces behind the “joints.” Place a pearl on each heart as shown.
