Yellow Beauty Birthday Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top and cover the front with Nostalgia brown tiles paper. Cut a 6¼"x4¾" Nostalgia yellow dotted paper and a 6¼"x1 3/8" Nostalgia blue tiles paper. Stamp the lantern row in brown, end-to-end across the blue piece. Mat the long edges on Nostalgia brown tiles paper with 1/16" borders. Glue to the yellow piece, ½" from the upper edge. Cut a 7½" ribbon, twist, and glue across the stamped piece as shown, gluing the ends on the back. Glue the yellow dotted piece to the card.
Stamp the single lantern in brown and in blue on Nostalgia coral tiles paper and cut out. Glue the brown lantern to the blue strip as shown, then glue a knotted 2" ribbon above it. Stamp the lantern flower in brown on Nostalgia yellow dotted paper, cut out, and glue to the lantern.
Cut a brown label in half. Stamp a blue lantern, “beauty” and the character on one half and glue to the card as shown. Foam tape the coral/blue lantern as shown. Stamp the lantern flower in blue on yellow dotted paper, cut out, and glue. Knot and glue a 2" ribbon above the lantern. Place Dazzles™ as shown.
For the inside: Glue the blue label to the inside toward the left side. Print the sentiment and cut to 4"x1 7/8". Mat on Nostalgia brown tiles paper with 1/16" borders and glue overlapping the label as shown. Stamp a brown lantern on the sentiment at the lower left. Stamp a brown lantern on Nostalgia yellow dotted paper, cut out, and foam tape over the sentiment lantern. Stamp a brown lantern flower on Nostalgia coral tiles paper, cut out, and glue. Stamp the larger flower in blue on Nostalgia yellow dotted paper and in brown on Nostalgia coral tiles paper. Cut out and glue to the sentiment, then place Dazzles™ as shown.
